Frank Halmon, Owner

Frank has been a concrete contractor for over 25 years. 

Starting out helping his father at 15 and right after high school, he's learned how to form and pour concrete from the foundation up.

 In 2002 he turned his passion into a business that focuses on the long-term goals and satisfaction of his clients!

Tonya Madden Halmon, Business/ Financial Manager

Tonya is Frank's wife that handles the contracts/Finances. 

She enjoys working in their family owned business.
